Registration
Pre-registration is required for ALL participants, speakers, volunteers, sponsors and exhibitors on Eventbrite. Deadline is February 1, 2012.  No payment or registrations will be accepted at the door.

We have 100 chairs each in two conference rooms but actual seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Speakers
Pre-registration for speaking time slots is required and speaking time slots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please visit our Speaker Sign-Up page for more information.

Wi-Fi
Complimentary, courtesy of Hyatt Pier 66.

Parking
Self-parking all day is $3 at the Hyatt Pier 66 for HeartCamp folks.  There is a municipal lot under the 17th street bridge right by the ballroom, but the $3 parking is a sweet deal, so don’t even bother with meters unless the Hyatt lot is full.

Rooms
If you choose to stay at the Hyatt, Deluxe Lanai rooms are available for $179/night double occupancy, inclusive of resort fee, with $12 overnight parking.  Visit our Lodging page for more information.

Sustenance

  • Coffee and Water

As part of your registration fee, Hyatt Pier 66 is providing coffee and water service throughout the day.

  • Lunch

Your registration fee includes lunch, which will be a salad buffet and wrap sandwiches (vegetarian options available, make sure to check that box when you register).

  • After Party

Pelican Landing will be providing discounts on food and drink for HeartCamp participants. Make sure to leave your HeartCamp wristband on if you plan to attend the after party.
